Please read these terms before booking any tour, package, hotel, transport, or travel service with Moon Holidays.
Booking Terms
A booking is confirmed only after Moon Holidays receives the required advance payment and shares confirmation with the customer. Package inclusions, travel dates, passenger details, and payment terms must be checked carefully at the time of confirmation.
Payments
Customers must complete payments as per the schedule shared by Moon Holidays. Delay in payment may result in hotel, transport, ticket, or package cancellation by the concerned supplier.
Prices & Availability
Prices are subject to availability and may change due to hotel rates, transport fares, seasonal demand, taxes, government regulations, or supplier policies. Final prices will be shared before booking confirmation.
Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers must provide correct names, contact details, ID proof, passport details where applicable, and any documents required for travel. Moon Holidays will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, local restrictions, strikes, safety concerns, supplier changes, or other unavoidable situations. Moon Holidays will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.
Third-Party Services
Hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, visa partners, and other suppliers may have their own terms. Moon Holidays will support customers with coordination, but final service delivery is also subject to those supplier policies.
